Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Maybe I'm stupid, or maybe it's broken, but I can not get the useage time for my child to refresh. i.e., it shows that she has been logged in today for 10:55 (since she left it on and was logged in overnight.) I installed and set up LoginManager 6.1, and gave her a 2:30 limit each day. It now tells her that her time is up for today. I (root or admin) tried to reset her time for today, but no go, no how, no way. I have read and re-read the manual, visited the web site, Anyone got this to work?
System Info:Dual 1 Gig G4 MDD, too much (1.5 gig) memory , Panther 10.3.2
