Overall, works very well. Beeps seem a bit loud and the volume is unaffected by adjusting the alert volume in the os x sound pane. Also, since this uses all sounds from your private and public libraries, you can get your favorite mail sound or calendar notification as a beep. I've been fooled a few times...
Other than these two gripes, I like it a lot. and free is good. Open source would be better ;-)
