I was getting the same error as wompedy but I reinstalled the
drivers for both Elements and Graphic Coverter and it works for
both programs again

Canon Scanner not connected N1220U OSX Tiger - palomino.films

Canon Scanner query N1220U - I have a faint memory of some particular kind of sequence that is involved in installing a new driver with Adobe Elements. Is it that I need to re-install Adobe Elements after a new scanner driver is installed? As for some reason my Scanner suddenly claimed it was not connecting when trying to import using the 3.8 driver software and still doesn't recognise the scanner - the only thing I have recently done is a 10.4.3 to 10.4.9 OSX upgrade - I think.
