Lacks the ability to change the reference pitch to anything
other than A=440 Hz. I happen to use the "Verdi" tuning
of C=256 Hz (A=430.5 Hz), but on the other side, many
orchestras nowadays tune even higher than A=440 Hz.
Such a feature would make this app useful for a much
wider array of musicians.
