The author has released Cocktail 3.3 to block the pirated SN#s for 3.2 =) Apart from that there are better programs that do the same job for free

Let's suppose you are right that there are other products which are free and also somewhat better than Cocktail. Does this mean Cocktail deserves only ONE star in ALL the categories?
