Existing users, 
I've been using apache / php to upload files to my HD. Those uploaded files are not to be altered with the MacOS ownership and permission. I even had the finder crashed...
This app is a releave! Read Quick reference, set prefs and GO! a nice extra would be visual feeback when a (large) folder is processed.
