Thanks OSXNerd. I have deselected all checkboxes in the Permissions area of TinkerTool. The Finder (after I've logged out and in) continues to assign *only* owner read/write permissions (no group r/w). What do I need to do to have Finder setting group r/w on new files and folders? TIA!!
