Actually customer Joemitt has been a customer for several months. They have received 3 FREE updates. We have tried to help them BUT "It doesn't work" does not help us solve problems. The customer also believes that we should provide 24 hour technical support. I'm sorry but we just don't sit at our terminals waiting for his questions. When customers answer the proper questions and work with us to resolve problems then we listen and respond. This customer also posted the following on our support forum:
"If you cannot I'll warn everyone I know to avoid colorfull creations. First stop Version Tracker & neg. review"
This was at 10:30pm on a Saturday. We asked the customer to upgrade BUT apprently they decide to take their problems to a public forum with an older version of the program.
Seriously - we can only work so fast to resolve problems and we can then only resolve them when the customer wants to work with us and not against us.

Customer Problem - joemit1
Gave one of the company's tech support persons all the information he asked for: no results. Upgraded to MB 1.7: still no results. Went to an open forum becasue it seems to be the only way to get their complete attention. Sorry but when MB works it is great (otherwise I wouldn't have spent so much time to get it back up and running) but when it stops working. It appears you are out of luck.Reply to This
