There cant' be a simpler, easier-to-install, more idiot-proof program out there. In tandem with OS X VNC, this little app has solved a HUGE problem for us in accessing our office Mac from home. Email was our only need... now we have full remote access to the system. Amazing! Apologies for the VNC-newbie blustering, but we're just REALLY PLEASED to have found this!

The only issues we've had so far: the default fullscreen key-combo works on our iBook G3 (10.2.8) but not on the iMac G4 (10.3). To get out of fullscreen mode, we have to force-quit. Speed is also not fabulous, but we're willing to blame that on the crappily implemented university LAN where the host is located (I mean, how much more optimized can a program of only a few hundred kilobytes get, anyway?)
