I'm using Mac OS X 10.3.1, Palm OS 5.2.1 and Palm Desktop 4.1. This program has worked right from the beginning for me (version 1.001), and I appreciate the improvements they've made since then. I highly recommend this program.

Just a note about syncing in general. I found that when I turned off Norton AntiVirus Auto Protect, all of my syncing problems went away. I think it would be helpful if DataViz would mention this in their FAQ.

Panther 10.3.2 & Palm Synch Problems - JoeTooCool

Hi,
It appears that Palm's "Send to HandHeld" droplet doesn't work OS X 10.3.2 when trying to synch a JPG or MP3 file. The droplet won't accept these file types. It used to work under 10.3.1. Similarly, using the HotSync manager "Install Files" option, JPG files will install only on the SD Card, not on the handheld.

I just spent about 90mins on the phone with Palm's tech support today. Palm's Level 2 Tech Support Specialist acknowledged this is a strange problem. Has anyone encountered these problems? I upload lots of JPG files to my Palm and this problem is annoying. I can work around it by synching to the SD card and copying to the handheld. But the card is very slow and this process is time consuming.

Feedback anyone?
