I purchased this app online a week ago, I immediately received an email asking for my keycode. I have sent several emails to support@macanalysis.com but have not heard anything, no serial, no response from esselerate, not even an acknowledgement that they received my "keycode"
They have charged my card for the purchase price, lets hope I get my serial # before I get my statement.

How long has it taken others to get their serial ?

If you do not receive your serial number, that may be caused by our incapacity to reach you. If this even happens, you must provide us with another e-mail address. Customers who do not receive their serial number after a week will be automatically refunded

thanks for the reply, I've sent 5 emails to support@macanalysis.com, one with an alternate address still nothing. I'm not sure the problem isn't there...
orders@macanalysis, as listed on this site, bounces from proxad.net
I'll try again....is there an alternate address for you ?
