Well after installing Panther i went and tried out some thumbnail apps. I ended up coming right back to psts. it still give you the most control over output pages than any of the thumbnail apps. And even though it hasn't been updated forever it still works in 10.3. This app has options that none of the other thumbnail apps have. Keeping this in mind it take a little longer to set up before you create your gallery, but you have TOTAL control. When it comes to stability, I have never had this app crash and I have used it in every operating system since OS 9. And I think the OSX betas have caught up to the Os9 version functionality wise.

haubalong you have to make sure you have "Empty Output Folder Before Starting" selected. I think that would solve your problems.
