I regret the day I purchased INTEGO'S products. This FRENCH COMPANY does not know what technical support and customer care is. I purchased Intego's VirusBarrier 10.1 three days ago. The program did not install properly on my PB 17". Re-installed it several times at the time I requested technical support several times. I am still waiting a word from that company. I feel I have been screw up, and I will make an effort to put things right, as this people should not be doing business selling a critical software for any computer like an Antivirus. If they cannot cope with technical support just to get their product installed, I wonder what would happen the day I get a virus. If the company is not serious, I guess their software is not to be trusted at all. My advise, do not get any of INTEGO`s products if you do not want to be talking to a wall when having a problem. By the way, I have asked my money back, I hope they do so.

I purchased Virus Barrier X4 a couple weeks ago ... the CD. After installing, it slowed my computer down to the point it was almost non functional. The dock would not work at all. I uninstalled it (it left files all over my computer) and it took me about 2 hours of searching the internet to get it working again. After much soul searching and talking to Intego, I loaded it again. Same thing.They don't give refunds. Repeat ... THEY DON'T GIVE REFUNDS . I mailed the CD back to them, they received it, then sent me an email and letter telling me that they DON'T GIVE REFUNDS.. Users beware. If you try it, try their 30 day free trial to make sure it doesn't nuke your computer. Mac OS 10.4.5. I will never deal with this company again. Good luck. RR
