An excellent product, that is always improving, with outstanding support and a fine future.
I've thoroughly compared it to Notetaker 2003 and find it wins hands down in terms of usability, stability, overall design and support. Notetaker has some flash and a few impressive features, notably in the search/highlight and linking departments but these just don't make up for crappy support and instability.
Try them both long enough and you're bound to end up choosing CP notebook anyways, so if you're pressed for time, you know what to do...
