If you have many tracks named Track 1, Track 2, etc. on your iPod, you have to copy over one at a time. Otherwise, it will only copy the first one (even with "rename" on). I tried to e-mail the author about this but no respsonse. My ratings did not copy over either. The "not in iTunes" feature named 4 songs that actually were in iTunes for some reason. Other than that, it works fine.

No idea why that would be--it always works great for me and everyone else I've heard from. What version of iTunes are you using? Are you getting any error messages?

Right now the comparison (of title, artist, and album) is case sensitive, which is most likely why you're seeing that. I will change it to be case insensitive.
