I own several SM cards, and three Olympus cameras.

When I first installed the patch and tried to run it (OS X.2.8) it would show up on the desktop and freeze the computer.

After experimenting with different combos I realized it always froze on the same SM card.

I dumped it's contents to another computer and the reformatted it, shot some pics and it is working fine now.

I remembered just inserting the card into my camera when it was new and not formatting it, just started using it. From now on, I will make periodic reformatting a regular part of my maintenance proceedures.
