OK, I don't like this braindead kind of games anyway, but ow much more disgust does it raise in me if it has such an annoying title as this one. An american game producer might not understand that its army (and the most part of it's foreign policy for that matter) is not perceived positively in the rest of the world. Yes, there will be people who will buy (and play) games like this, but these are the same who play "Medal of Honour" - Nazi-Games, we call the latter, and "America's Army" is on the same level.
