the issue where you have ignore trackpad when mouse is present set and the trackpad is ignored even when no mouse is connected. Other then that works fine.

As you can see from the note in the Readme file - the ignoring trackpad issue will be fixed in a future update from *Apple*.

Too busy/important to read the read me, clearly, so let me assist:
1. IMPORTANT! - for iBook or PowerBook users

If you are using an iBook or PowerBook, you should be aware that Mac OS X version 10.3 (Panther) made modifications to how it detects the presence of a mouse for the "Ignore trackpad when mouse is present" feature in Apple's Mouse settings in System Preferences. These modifications cause it to detect Kensington MouseWorks as a present mouse, even when NO Kensington mouse is plugged in.
