Install XCode, and, using WebView (from the Cocoa-GraphicsViews palette) and the new "Bindings" pane of the Info panel in Interface Builder, you can build the same thing in under ten minutes with ZERO lines of code. And then you can put your own name in the lower right-hand corner and distribute it. :)

It won't be any faster than Safari, since it uses WebKit just like Safari. Seriously, folks, even as freeware, this is a bit ridiculous.
