Considering what it is, and what modest claims its authors made, Hazice is AMAZING. I doubt anybody can use it is a primary browser because of Java, security , etc. etc., but it seems solid and is jaw-droppingly fast. And it handles Unicode! I'm sure lots of folks are going to be tempted to say "yea, but it should have this and it should have that," but we ought to express our gratitude for what these guys have managed to accomplish.
