Never had a problem using it with Panther. This is without a doubt the BEST Mac P2P client and blows LimeWire away. As for people having problems with incomplete downloads disappearing, check the prefs to maybe deselect "clear canceled downloads". Anyway, it works perfectly for me, picking up where I left off. YMMV
