DNS Issue in Panther

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

It seems that this app kills my DNS access in MacOS X 10.3 Panther. Once I launch Poisoned, AIM disconnects, Mail disconnects, and I can't access domain names through my web browser, but IP addresses work fine. When I quit Poisoned, DNS still doesn't work. I tried killing the gift daemon that didn't quit when quitting Poisoned, but that didn't help. The only thing that seems to restore DNS access is a restart. Hope this can be fixed soon. spambinATmailhavenDOTcom if you have any further questions.
System Info:G5 2x2GHz. 1 GB RAM, MacOS 10.3 7b85, Cable internet shared with a router using DHCP, my computer set as the receiver of incoming requests.

DNS Issue in Panther - PopeZaphod

There's a .494 release that's apparently Panther compatible.
