How much longer are we going to have to wait to get something on par with the features of the Windows version? It has been over two years and very little progress has been made in AOL's AIM client. However, it is the best client available. I have tried others and keep coming back to it. To me, this is the only client that really feels right. It is just lacking features that Windows users have enjoyed for a while, and to a certain extent, have been enjoyed for years by OS 9 users.

What features exactly are you talking about? The Mac version seems to have more cool features than the Windows version, including scriptability, logging, more extensive alerts and the ability to see what service a buddy is using directly from the list. Some of these are available as third-party add-ins. One of the few things I can think of that the Windows version has is themes which I don't care about anyway.Reply to This
