What's the point?

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

If the commentary I've seen is correct this software ships with Panther, so those who've bought Panther don't need to download it. Those who would find the download useful (users with MacOS X 10.2.x) _can't_ use it because it _requires_ Panther.

So, the people who can use it don't need it, and the people who need it can't use it.

Am I missing something?

The name of this site is VersionTracker -- that's what they do -- tell you what the latest version is and what it's all about, regardless if it's downloadable, via software update, or on a CD to purchase.
