Existing users, 
I am the developer. I haven't personally tested Amadeus with a MOTU
board, but several users did and they reported that Amadeus 3.7 recognises
the multiple channels correctly. You can select which channel to use by
clicking on the "Settings..." button in the "Input" tab of the recording window.
