Unbelievable. [b]Two major features PEOPLE & CHAT and PHOTOs have been removed from the Mac client version of this software.[/b] Why? MSN Customer Support claims the Mac "isn't capable of handling these features." Yet we are expected to pay the same price as Windows users who get both of these features... Customer Service told me that I could access the chat features through http://chat.msn.com but when you visit that site from any Mac browser, including MS Internet Explorer, you get the error "MSN Chat is not currently compatible with your Internet browser and/or computer operating system."
