Uh - hackers do not guess at passwords - at least not the hackers we need worry about. No - they run programs with extensive dictionaries. Maybe 500,000 words. What they cannot get, except with time, are randomly generated passwords. Let's face it: if it's a password you can easily remember, like 'PENCIL' (WarGames), it's no protection at all.

I know they don't really "guess", but the passwords stamped out by PasswordPress should be very difficult for their programs to figure out.Reply to This
