This is a company that could hardly care less once they have sold you their product. Still waiting for my expensive Stylus Scan 2500 to really be supported under OSX. Enough said.

Buyer Beware - apollonarian
Hi, I have a Epsom Perfection 4870 for the past 19 months. I found it very poorly supported by Epsom in Australia. so I had to fiddle to get it working with my iBookG4.Then I uprated to Tiger from Panther and it didnt work any more. Epsom told me that it might work with the USB now, not the Firewire I used in Panther. Hours on the phone to Epsom support; I have a small Epsom printer, same story, when that fails, I wont be looking at you Mr Epsom..............
