Really really disappointed. I spent hard earned cash on a PowerMate and it came with this software. Trying to transfer vinyl onto mp3 and it seems like it randomly misses the first few seconds...without you knowing until you play it back. Major trauma, especially when one records a whole mix for 100 minutes only to find out it has been cut in the first few minutes. Also misses some areas in the song, where it skips the recording of 1 sec, but manages not to have a blank gap... like someone paused the recording and pressed the record button again, so you get a double beat... how annoying!!! Fix this software... I emailed them for support and all they asked back were stupid troubleshooting questions and a PDF of troubleshooting tips, none which had the fix I wanted. Waste of my valuable time. I will try Audio Hijack instead of this lame Final Vinyl...

One star as a Final Goodbye. - WCityMike

So this individual wrote to Griffin, and they wrote him back asking him questions about his problem and providing him with tips that they believed might help him solve his problem. He for some nonunderstandable reason found that 'stupid' and prematurely cut off the conversation, and then posts a review to VersionTracker trashing them. Frankly, this sounds like a classic case of the user being at fault.
