IF your ShuttlePro works it works - if it doesn't - good luck finding support... they have NO support pages on their site, NONE... Not even one FAQ. You have to email support.
On another note, it took them until 1.4.0 to get the lag problem fixed on OS X (couldn't use the device for about 5 months until they figured things out). Yes, now it is fixed, but they should not release a product that has such problems with OS X until it actually works... I know the product works - its flawless in OS 9. Blame the OS or whatever, but regardless of where the blame lies - they should inform people that its not ready for OS X. They just assumed people would buy it and then wait for the software to catch up.
At least they admitted that there was a problem and they were working on it...
