This should be one of Apple's free iApps because (1) a backup utility is an essential piece of software that should be on every Mac, regardless of whether the owner has a .Mac account or not, (2) Apple wants Macs to be the most consumer friendly, and (3) MS includes backup software with every copy of Windows with no strings attached to it's usage.
