Ver. 2.2.1 causes Mail.app to quit when you try to print. This driver is still too buggy. Avoid at all costs. Deleting and re-adding printer; fixing permissions -- makes no difference. Don't even try this unless you have Ver. 2.0 available as a back-up.

Update to my warning: You need to run the uninstaller, get rid of all of the old driver, then install the new driver. Then it works. Sheeesh.
