They are sure pissing off their customers, and I am one of them.

They need to take an ethics class, as well as pay attention to other companies and how they treat their customers.

I bought this, and it was ok software. There are a few bugs I reported and fixed, but they never replied to my email.

The price is already high enough, but add the upgrade, and it's no longer high, it's insane!

And now, less than 1 year later, they want a lot more money??? 50% of what I just paid?

This is highway robery, and they will lose all of their customers.

I have no problem paying for the software I use, for a fair price, with good support, and fair upgrades.

This company has none of the above.

They will not get any more money out of me.

I will be more careful in the future, and ask ahead of time, and get it in writing. That's saved me more that once.

I shouldn't have blindly trusted the company just because they looked good.

Anyone want to buy my license?

That's too bad. They sure know how to annoy a customer. For the price of this minor upgrade of Netbarrer, I can upgrade my old Norton Utilities to the latest Norton Internet Security package, which includes more than just the firewall.
