STILL cannot create a new account, because I must select a valid Inbox, but can’t do that until I connect to the account, which I cannot do because it isn’t created yet, but I can’t create it because I must select a valid Inbox, etc., etc., etc.

Ah, I see. The folder pop-up menus in the Mailboxes tab <em>look</em> disabled, but they’re really not. Gotta love that.
