Repeated "Fatal Error" on launch

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: cfoster Tuesday, August 19 2003 @ 11:21 AM PDT

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Have Not Tried

Recommend Product: NO

As instructed by the Fatal Error, I've created the 1 folder and 4 files where they are supposed to be (with correct spelling and capitization) but it just keeps telling me to create them before it will agree to run. Anyone else getting this? Solution? Thanks.

Repeated "Fatal Error" on launch - Extra

Hi cfoster. Quit GNUMail.app and remove entirely the ~/Library/GNUMail folder and also the ~/Library/Preferences/com.collaboration-world.GNUMail.plist file. You'll then be sure to have a "fresh" installation when you restart GNUMail.app. It'll ask you to configure it, do so and you should be alright. Thanks.
