When I want to add a icon for only one picture I use QuickImageCM but when I have a whole folder Pic2Icon does the job for me.

I don't understand this -- you can select multiple images for QuickImageCM to work with. When I want to add icons to a folder full of JPG files, I do a Cmd-A in the finder, and then tell QuickImageCM to create icons. To each his own!
