Constrictor is nice. But we still don't get how you come up with those star ratings.2 for Support? Please tell how to improve support when you didn't ask for any?
2 for Features - if this is your opinion, this is fair.
2 for Quality/Stabiilty - Hmm ... if you could kindly let us know what stability issues you're having and we'll be more than happy to fix it.
4 for Price? It is free! Do we need to PAY YOU in order to get 5? :-)
Oh well, I guess there is no way to make everyone happy, but we still try.
