I had difficulty installing this program. I wrote the developer and received an answer in 20 minutes in which he asked for more information about the problem. I wrote back and within a half a day he had fixed the problem. Very impressive.

I then had problems getting this program to work with the Macam drivers. I discovered that I had failed to move the macam.component into the /library/quicktime folder. After I did that, ichat worked great with my beige ring QuickCam.
