Look at the developer's comments below: "who cares if you have any more SPAM? 10 seconds and it's gone!".
Will he pay for those (n times) 10 seconds?
Will he pay for the (n times) wasted bandwidth?
I guess he won't.
Well, I WISH he did :P. But instead he gets money selling this.
What a wonderful world we would have withOUT people like you, man.

Leave this developer alone--literally - Mackidockie

I like the developer's comment about "opt-out functionality." What a hoot. What's needed is opt-in functionality (which the developer cannot and would not implement).

Suggestion: let this "gentleman" create as he sees fit. Let's submit our complaints to our senators and congressmen--and VersionTracker. This "man" is without decency, so, why give him the attention he craves?

But don't you see that "opt-in" functionality is inherent. This tool was developed in order to maintain a list of potential clients and contacts. Build a list of contacts that "opt-in" to what you're advertising. Don't go off and grab any email address that happens to wonder by in your browser - that would just be a waste of time for everyone. The basic problem is that people just need to learn to be more responsible when sending email.

Cheers,
Kevin
