It's better than the Apple dimming because it locks the screen. In fact that's the whole point of this NOT 'pointless' app. Did you even read the description, let alone try it before reviewing it? Duh?

no need to get nasty. did you have a bad childhood, causing you to believe anyone who asks a question is being snotty and deserves to be answered accordingly? jeez!#1 i simply asked a question, which you answered...the benefit is the ability to password protect your return. i don't use that feature so it wasn't immediately apparent to me. you've made it apparent. thank you.
#2 did you even notice what type of posting i left before posting yourself? i _didn't_ review it. don't see any star rating next to what i had typed. it was simply a comment. (and don't say clicking the 'yes' or 'no' button for recommending the product is a review...it's not.)
