I'm sorry if PDFJoiner doesn't work for you. There are only two issues I can think of that would cause something like that. I assume you have a standard installation of joinPDF, so that can't be it. The other problem could be that you don't have write permissions on the root directory. If you change the finished directory with the "Choose Folder..." button to one that you do have permissions for, it should work. I'm still working on a better solution to this.

If that doesn't work, please feel free to email me at software@qetipadgu.org , and describe what is going wrong. I will be happy to fix any critical errors that would cause it not to work, and put it in the next release.
