Sorry about that. If you don't first choose a directory (0.31b) using the "Choose Folder..." button, the application wont know where to put it. This was an attempt to work around the saving to the root directory bug. I'll release a new version quickly. This part totally slipped my mind, and thanks for pointing it out.
