I've had a few minor problems with it -- some slowness, mostly (my Mac: DP800, 10.2.6, 1.5GB RAM).

A nitty little bug when setting up a template is the only real debilitating issue I've encountered.

As for it crashing during imports, I've not tried to import playlists so I can't comment to that.

I give it 5 for support because I've exchanged about half a dozen emails with the program's creator via the email noted on their website. Each message was promptly responded to, and he even apologized for any tardiness since he and his team were at MWNY at the time.
