VT seems to be the place to come and "dump". Emailing us in the case of something that is *obviously* wrong would be a much faster way to get it all taken care of...

The issues noted below have been addressed.

The UPDATER disks now have a ReadMe directing new users to the full install incase they don't realize that the *updater* has a prerequisite...the full version.

The "rules" on VT don't really allow us to list things the way we'd like and still offer direct downloading.

The small type here doesn't help either; the description states the requirements but we guess the type is too small to read...

At any rate, again, if you have a problem with our software...JUST WRITE US :) We're here. We fix critical bugs, quickly. We like people happy. Its what we do.

"the merits" - garbanzito-real

thanks for taking my suggestions seriously

i did rate based on the merits -- it didn't run properly, it was offensive, the FAQ instructed me not to email until reading the manual, but the manual wasn't to be found.. all in all a bad user experience, on the merits

as for the sarcasm about fine type to small too read, another wrong assumption.. requirements state forty-two 1.02 or later..i had forty-two (though my version had no version number, turns out it was 1.0).. requirements say nothing about the previous version of "FTP".. also, i think lots of people will be confused since it's not obvious that "forty-two" means "forty-two which is different from this app though the name is quite similar"

i think to "take ease of use to a new level" this app could use a vastly improved initial configuration process
