Just like others here, I have tried unsuccessfully to download the program 3 times and all three times when clicking on the download button was given the msg "NOT AUTHORIZED TO DOWNLOAD FILE". And just like the others, my money was taken and nothing given in return. I even tried to use a PC but it was given the FORBIDDEN 403(?) error. In short, this is a joke to try and download.
