Personal Backup X worked for me for nearly a month but then I did a terrible thing. I installed Mac OS 10.2. Personal Backup never ran properly again even after a complete new download and three reinstallations. No one will answer their telephone and emails to support@intego.com go unanswered. There is no reason for me to believe that their version 10.3 will run in OS 10.2 and there is no way I will pay for this software a second time!
