I've had Personal Backup for a while and I like it's ease of use. However, I've had intermittent trouble booting from the cloned disk. It's a problem if your main drive dies and you want to boot from the clone and it doesn't work! Also a few other bugs, so I was waiting for an update.

But paying $40 for it?! I don't think so!

On top of that, Intego's tech support has still not replied to a request I emailed to them on April 30, 2003.

For now I'm using Carbon Copy Cloner which has worked flawlessly so far. Although the interface is not as elegant, it does the job as it should for much less money ($0.00).
