Dalatindragon, there are two separate versions of StarfishX, one for G3 machines, and one for G4 machines. Please visit the StarfishX website to download the G3 version: http://homepage.mac.com/mscott/starfishx/starfishx.html. Also, there is no version 2.0.1 of StarfishX. Mars Saxman release a 2.0.1 version of the Mac OS 9 program, but the OS X version (i.e., StarfishX) is still at version 2.0.
