I believe this program corrupted my iPhoto library. Although I can't be entirely sure, it happened after I installed it. The photos are no longer in iPhoto, although they are stillon the hard drive.

Me too. So what can be done about it? My mistake was to click the "set preferences" button. Now I can't seem to undo the damage. My libraries open with the list of albums, but no photos. The photos are their on the hard drive.
