Other than the product not working at all...not really certain what it actually does do. No access, no contact with my phone, no contact to AT&T. Two weeks of requests for help have resulted in telling me to reinstall the software. Still doesn't work!!! DOES NOT CONNECT CELL PHONE TO MAC FOR WIRELESS INTERNET!
